We have Changed our Name!
As we begin 2023, we are starting off the year with a new name! The name of your AAA club is now AAA Mid States. Our club has been expanding and we needed a name to reflect our growing service area more accurately, which now includes select locations in both Pennsylvania and Ohio. Our name change became effective January 1, 2023, and you may notice our old names still being used in certain situations in early 2023, but eventually, AAA Mid States will be used exclusively by our club in 2023 and beyond.
At many of our offices, you will simply see AAA on the buildings. Likewise, your new membership cards will simply have AAA on the card. AAA is a federation of clubs serving our members for over 120 years. When you see AAA on your card, you know that your card and your membership is good anytime and anywhere across the country whenever you need us! Stop by your local office for personal service backed by a nationwide network to serve you.
The last several years have been challenging for everyone, and AAA is no exception. Even as our offices were forced to close in 2020 at the start of the pandemic, our road service providers remained there for you – 24/7. We have faced unprecedented challenges, but rest assured, we are ready once again in 2023 to be there for you when you need us most. AAA is also your biggest advocate at a local, state and federal level to fight for the safety of the traveling public. In the last several years, this included working with legislators to enact Slow Down Move Over laws, to protect first responders and our service vehicle drivers and technicians, who are often working on your vehicle in very dangerous roadside conditions.
As we move forward together in 2023, I hope you take advantage of all that AAA has to offer. Besides our 24/7 nationwide road service, did you know that we have one of the most robust discount and rewards program in the country? Furthermore, your membership might entitle you to additional auto insurance discounts. Our insurance agents are ready to help you with all your auto, home and life insurance needs. And many of our members don’t realize that our travel agency is part of one of the largest full-service leisure travel organizations in North America and can offer members exclusive travel deals in 2023. Our travel agents can work with you to plan your next exciting vacation, no matter how big or small that trip may be.
