What is Auto Renewal?

When enrolled in our Auto renewal program, your AAA membership dues will renew annually on the debit or credit card of your choice. You will receive a renewal notification 45-60 days before your expiration date.

How Do I Enroll?

• To receive the one-time Auto Renewal $10 auto-renewal discount members must call 855-772-5551.
• To enroll without the discount:
  • Login into your account
  • Select “Enroll in Auto Renew”
  • Enter your Credit Card information 

What type of security procedures do you have to protect my information?

We have internal security practices to safeguard the information we have about you. We restrict access to all of your personal and account information to those employees who need to know that information in order to serve you. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect your information, we monitor who has access to our databases, and we reinforce the privacy practices described in our Privacy Policy.

What if I want to make changes or cancel my AAA membership?

You are able to make changes to your membership or cancel auto renewal at any time, by calling AAA.

When Will I Be Charged?

If you are enrolled with your credit or debit card, your account will be charged 10 to 20 days prior to your renewal date. If you are enrolled with your checking account, your account will be charged on your renewal date.
