To engage the feature through Amazon Alexa, members say "Open AAA Road Service." To use it via Google Assistant, members can say, "Talk to AAA Road Service." When first-time users engage the service they will be asked to provide information that confirms their AAA membership. Once confirmed, the technology will allow them to request roadside assistance.
