Job Description:

AAA Southern Pa is seeking an energetic and motivated individual to join our team in a full-time travel sales position for our York office. Our travel agents provide professional vacation planning to members and customers. You’ll promote, sell and secure reservations for a variety of travel services including travel by air, rail or ship, package tours, car rental, hotel and travel insurance. You will develop and maintain clientele and obtain referrals from existing clientele.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Successful completion of travel school or travel agency experience preferred but not necessary. Willing to train the right candidate
  • Must be passionate about travel
  • A commitment to providing exceptional customer service
  • The willingness to prospect, close sales and generate referrals are essential to the job.

Office Manager – Chambersburg, PA

We work for the improvement of motoring and travel conditions generally, particularly in the fields of automobile and traffic safety, highways, legislation and taxation.

Description:

AAA Southern Pennsylvania has an opportunity for an experienced, career-minded individual to join our team in Chambersburg, PA. This position requires strong operational skills in a customer service environment with an emphasis on team building and leading by example. The right candidate will ensure compliance with policies and procedures and have the ability to motivate staff to achieve company initiatives.

Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Plan, organize, develop and coordinate all activities of the Member Services functions to ensure achievement of budget sales goals and company initiatives.
  • Conduct staff meetings to review goals and initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain a positive cooperative working environment between co-workers and management.
  • Complete and conduct employee evaluations.
  • Interview employment applicants.
  • Resolve issues quickly as they arise.

Administrative Duties:

  • Responsible for office administration, to include but not limited to: Security of the building, janitorial service, equipment maintenance, scheduling of staff, office accounting responsibilities including daily deposit.
  • Maintain proper inventory level of merchandise, maps, tour books and office supplies.
  • Conduct accurate month-end procedures and inventories according to standards set forth.

This position requires a high school diploma or GED with additional schooling/management training and at least 3 years office/retail management experience. The successful candidate must possess solid operational skills in a customer service environment and demonstrate effective interpersonal, organizational and leadership skills along with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Member Service / Call Center Manager - York, PA

AAA Southern Pennsylvania has an exceptional opportunity for an experienced, career-minded individual to join our team in our York, PA headquarters.  This position requires overseeing the management of our Member Service and Call Center, with two direct reports.  The Manager will be responsible in planning and coordinating direct collaboration between the two departments to achieve the maximum level of member satisfaction, loyalty and retention to meet their expectations. 

Achieves customer service objectives by contributing customer service information and recommendation to strategic plans and reviews; assist with developing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying customer service trends; determining system improvements; and recommending changes.

Network Administrator – York, PA

AAA Southern Pennsylvania has an immediate opening for a Network Administrator in our Headquarters office located in York, PA.

This candidate will have the ability to:

  • Install and support LAN's, WAN'S network segments and Internet systems
  • Install and maintain network hardware and software
  • Analyze and isolate issues
  • Determine network and system requirements
  • Evaluate system performance and respond to issues
  • Perform network address assignment
  • Maintain integrity of the network, server deployment, and security
  • Maintain network servers such as file servers, VPN gateways, and intrusion detection systems
  • Administer servers, desktop computers, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, phones, smartphones, software deployment, security updates and patches
  • Install, configure, test, document and deploy application software
  • Experience with SQL queries and reporting

Requirements

  • Must possess experience with VMware virtual environments (server and desktop), Cisco network hardware and software, EMC storage environments, and Microsoft Active Directory and Exchange Server.
  • Requires post-high school education (technical school or college), with a minimum of three years experience.
