Customer Service - State College, PA

Job Description:

AAA Southern PA is seeking a customer service oriented individual for a Full Time Customer Service position in our State College, PA office.  This position is ideal for the candidate interested in working in a team environment interfacing with our Auto Club Members.  Full benefits package.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Fulfilling member requests related to planning road trips, books, maps and Notary services
  • Servicing the needs of the member and providing added value by cross selling or advising of other services that are available to the member
  • Cashiering duties including the balancing of cash drawer
  • Proving tag and title service after training is completed
  • Additional member service functions as necessary

Requirements:

Responsibilities include:

  • 1 year in a customer service position
  • Ability to cross sell products
  • Ability to work quickly and handle multiple tasks/assignments on a daily basis

Additional requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalency required
  • Ability to pass background check for obtaining Notary

Travel Agent - Bedford, PA

Job Description:

AAA Southern PA is seeking an energetic and motivated individual to join our team in a full-time travel sales position for our Bedford office. Our travel agents provide professional vacation planning to members and customers. You’ll promote, sell and secure reservations for a variety of travel services including travel by air, rail or ship, package tours, car rental, hotel and travel insurance. You will develop and maintain clientele and obtain referrals from existing clientele.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Successful completion of travel school or travel agency experience preferred but not necessary. Willing to train the right candidate
  • Must be passionate about travel
  • A commitment to providing exceptional customer service
  • The willingness to prospect, close sales and generate referrals are essential to the job.
  • Ability to multi-task and posses excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills in person, on the telephone and through email
  • Knowledge of computers and ability to navigate between multiple systems and web browsers.

Communication Center Customer Service Representative - York, PA

Job Description:

AAA Southern Pennsylvania is currently seeking a full time Customer Service Representative to provide outstanding customer service to our members in our busy call center.  Duties include taking membership payments, map routings, answering questions regarding our products and services and distributing calls to offices as necessary.

Requirements:

Flexible work schedule, with a five day work week.  Computer skills necessary, including the ability to type a minimum of 40 words per minute.  One year of customer service experience required.  High school diploma or equivalency needed.  Generous benefits package.

Network Administrator – York, PA

AAA Southern Pennsylvania has an immediate opening for a Network Administrator in our Headquarters office located in York, PA.

This candidate will have the ability to:

  • Install and support LAN's, WAN'S network segments and Internet systems
  • Install and maintain network hardware and software
  • Analyze and isolate issues
  • Determine network and system requirements
  • Evaluate system performance and respond to issues
  • Perform network address assignment
  • Maintain integrity of the network, server deployment, and security
  • Maintain network servers such as file servers, VPN gateways, and intrusion detection systems
  • Administer servers, desktop computers, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, phones, smartphones, software deployment, security updates and patches
  • Install, configure, test, document and deploy application software
  • Experience with SQL queries and reporting

Requirements

  • Must possess experience with VMware virtual environments (server and desktop), Cisco network hardware and software, EMC storage environments, and Microsoft Active Directory and Exchange Server.
  • Requires post-high school education (technical school or college), with a minimum of three years experience.

Full Time Call Taker / Dispatcher – York, PA

Job Description:

AAA Southern Pennsylvania is currently seeking multiple Call Taker/Dispatchers to receive and dispatch road service assistance calls in our York, PA phone center.  We are looking to fill multiple positions with a variety of shifts.

Requirements

Five day work week includes every other weekend and some holidays.  Our road service call center operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Excellent communication, computer and phone skills are necessary.  Flexibility is a must.  One year of customer service experience required. Generous benefits package.
