AAA Mid States is currently seeking a Full Time Call Taker for an 11:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m. shift to receive Road Service Assistance Calls in our York, PA Call Center that operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Requirements:

  • One year of Customer Service Experience is Required
  • Must be able to work a five-day work week; including every other weekend and some Holidays
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Must possess Strong Computer and Phone Skills
  • Flexibility is a must
