New at Walt Disney World

This is no ordinary summer. At Walt Disney World Resort, summer is transforming into something bolder, bigger, better and more incredible than ever with new experiences in all four theme parks.

Take Over at Tomorrowland
Join the Incredibles as they take over Tomorrowland May 25 through Sept. 3. In Magic Kingdom, hang out with some of the most famous heroes in Supers history. Don’t miss your chance to interact with Mr. Incredible, Mrs. Incredible, Frozone and—for the first time ever—Enda Mode in a celebration of the heroes. Plus, Tomorrowland will feature Incredibles decor and sounds from the movie. The Incredibles 2 bursts into theaters June 15.

Celebration of Nature
Celebrate the 20th anniversary of Disney’s Animal Kingdom. Rafiki’s Planet Watch, home to educational exhibits and activities, offers behind-the-scenes experiences with experts throughout 2018. Guests can learn about animal nutrition, visit the veterinary hospital and see how Disney advocates for global wildlife conservation.

Join Russell and Dug from the Disney•Pixar animated comedy-adventure film UP at their new show, UP! A Great Bird Adventure. The show lets audiences see Senior Wilderness Explorer Russell and his furry friend, Dug, in a new adventure that includes encounters with exotic birds from around the world. This free-flying show is scheduled multiple times daily.

Beginning Memorial Day weekend, join Donald Duck and his friends for a “dino-tastic” celebration in DinoLand U.S.A. This dinosaur-themed party celebrates Donald Duck’s discovery that his bird ancestors were actually dinosaurs. DinoLand U.S.A. will feature colorful new decor and playful character greetings with rarely seen pals such as Scrooge McDuck, Launchpad McQuack and more. A DJ-powered dance party will mix tunes from the truck-o-saurus stage, capping the nighttime festivities.

Epcot Concert Series
Journey through the cosmos with Guardian’s of the Galaxy’s Star Lord and Gamora as they join an alien band and groove at The Guardians of the Galaxy – Awesome Mix Live! concert series at Epcot. Shows are scheduled for multiple times daily June 9 through Aug. 19 and feature favorite tunes from Star Lord’s Awesome Mixtape 1 and 2, the two movie soundtracks.

Toy Story Land
Starting June 30, the Toy Story gang will be ready for all-new adventures in Andy’s larger-than-life backyard, where guests will be invited to shrink and become toys alongside Woody, Buzz Lightyear, Jessie and the rest of the Toy Story pals in the new Toy Story Land in Hollywood Studios. Andy has rigged up giant building blocks and board games for an imaginative playground.

Andy’s also assembled his awesome coaster kit, and Slinky Dog will be poised to take you on a wild journey. The new Slinky Dog Dash will whoosh throughout the land on an exhilarating ride that twists Slinky Dog’s coils around curves, over hills and bridges, and down drops.

On the new Alien Swirling Saucers, the aliens have powered up their flying saucers for a spin through space. Aliens will lead guests on an interstellar romp, set to an out-of-this-world beat, inside a toy rocket. If you’re lucky, you may get “chosen” by the claw.

Inside to Andy’s room, the toys have set up their carnival play set. On the fan-favorite Toy Story Mania!, the Toy Story pals help you blast your way through a 4-D arcade. Fire at targets with everything from baseballs to cream pies. But you better practice your aim, because high-score bragging rights are on the line.

Toys love snack time, too. The gang has taken a Woody’s Roundup lunch box and turned it into a quick-service food window, dishing out all sorts of tasty treats.

Toy Story Land is an amazingly playful way to step in and join your toy friends for fun that never ends.
