PAYMENTS AND DOCUMENTATION

• A non-refundable deposit based on a percentage per person is required at the time of reservation.
• Accepted forms of payment: Check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover Card
• Final payment is due before: April 8, 2025
• Additional Medical and Trip Cancellation Insurance are recommended. You may purchase both during the initial deposit.
• Travel Documentation: Valid Passport is required.

Rates for AAA Escorted cruises and tours are per person, double occupancy. Most cruise rates include most meals, snacks, and entertainment onboard, port charges, and taxes. Meals are not included on land tours or motorcoach departures unless stated. AAA Escorts will accompany escorted packages with a minimum number of passengers.
