PAYMENT
 

• A deposit of $250.00 per person is required at time of reservation.
• Final payment is due before: May 9, 2024
• Additional Medical and Trip Cancellation Insurance are recommended - you may purchase both during initial deposit.
• Proof of Citizenship - Valid Passport is required

• 90 days or more prior to sailing:        No Penalty
• 89-75 days prior to sailing:                 25% of total fare
• 74-61 days prior to sailing:                  50% of total fare
• 60-31 days prior to sailing                   75% of total fare
• 30 days or less prior to sailing:           NO REFUND

Rates for AAA Escorted cruises and tours are per person, double occupancy. Most cruise rates include most meals, snacks, and entertainment onboard, port charges, and taxes. Meals are not included on land tours or motorcoach departures unless stated. AAA Escorts will accompany escorted packages with a minimum number of passengers.
